Insurance
Your quote should include insurance on the car (when you book ensure that your booking inludes collision damage waiver and theft protection) but of course when you collect your car the National Repersentatives may offer you upgraded insurance. You do not have to take this upgrade- the choice is yours.
Save Time with Automated Pick up
When booking you may also like to click the "Save Time" button (not available for all pickup locations). This allows you to pick up your car using an online automated pickup at your location and you don't have to join the queue to talk to a repersentative.
Emerald Club
